Based out of Orange County California, Ilana is a full-service event planner that has successfully grown Perfect The Event to be the next sensation. Ilana began her event planning career 10 years ago by producing large scale social events in New England. She has even built a wedding venue’s reputation from the ground up and worked for prestigious hotels such as Fairmont in their catering department.
Today, Ilana and her team are best known for specializing in weddings and events that seek out an unforgettable experience, out of the box designs and pristine execution. She has a heart of gold, a touch of goofiness and is an innovative thinker. These are a few of the reasons why her clients love her and become family. She is known for planning weddings and parties for mogul-type individuals such as Executives of Dior and VP’s of Goldman Sachs.
Outside of events Ilana enjoys horseback riding, helping animals in need and trying out new restaurants.

A stylish individual with a personality that makes her presence known. Laura has been with PTE since day one and comes from an intense corporate event background. In her corporate event experience she has produced large scale events such as trade-shows and seminars. She understands the dynamics and functionality needed to ensure a flawless event. Laura is a wonderful team member and an even better lead planner!
Have you ever met somebody that their positive energy is just simply contagious? Well that is Mikaela! Time and time again we hear from our clients how sweet, attentive, and welcoming she is. Mikaela is no novice to the wedding and event scene. She has previously assisted professional photographers as an assistant and it shows when it comes to her assisting our clients’ needs on event day. Everyone absolutely adores her and we know you will too!
Talk about a well rounded individual! Holly has literally been there and done that. She is an experienced planner and has even worked for prestigious companies such as La Tavola Fine Linen and Square Root Designs as a design liaison. Her creativeness and eye for details truly makes her one of a kind! Other than being a wealth of knowledge she pours her heart out into caring for each and every one of our clients.
With a high-end hotel background, Melina knows a thing or two about hospitality. She has worked anywhere from the front desk to catering services for places like Hotel Californian and Shutters on the Beach. She has a calming demeanor and a constant smile on her face. Guests always feel welcomed by her and she is a fantastic dress fluffer!
