Event Management
Maybe you have done all the leg work but need a professional to put all the pieces together and have your wedding or event run smoothly. Our team will handle your wedding or event day from start to finish.
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Review all the vendor contracts signed and executed by Client
Provide checklist to keep you up to speed with any reminders
Produce a minute-by-minute timeline, diagrams, overview packet and client item chart
Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by Catering Manager
Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down
Assist with set up of any client-provided material such as but not limited to: seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.

HOW IT WORKS
CONTRACT and deposit
An electronic contract will be sent for you to review. A phone call will then be scheduled to review the contract together before signing. Initial payment is due at signing.
