Wedding Venues With Animals

For the couple who absolutely loves animals and really wants them to play a part in the big day, we suggest finding a venue that caters to your desires. There are plenty of unique spots that have some sort of animal element to them. That way you get the best of both worlds! A beautiful venue, and animals!

Aquariums

If your love for all things ocean and animals is at the top of your list, then we suggest looking into local Aquariums. Most have event space or locations throughout the property that they shut down at night for private events. For example the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach California has different areas that you can rent for your special day! You can also add on specific exhibits to your booking package so that your guests can enjoy the marine life during cocktail hour.

Zoos & Sanctuaries

Not all but there are some Zoos and Animal Sanctuaries whom actually allow private events on-site. Most of these will be fully outdoor venue space, so be prepared weather wise. Some Zoos may even allow you to add a Giraffe feeding for the lovely newly weds to get some fun photos in! The Santa Barbara Zoo does this along with other animal encounter package add-ons.

Animal sanctuaries whom do allow weddings on-site, like one of our favorites - Rancho Las Lomas, can be a good way to also give back. Usually when you book an animal encounter you are donating back to their well-being or they have other ways you can donate to the foundation. Sanctuaries are usually more intimate, and create a unique setting.

Ranches & Farms

With our founder being a die-hard horse lover, it only makes sense that we suggest booking a Ranch or exquisite Farm for your big day! The perfect space for a rustic chic wedding, endless acres for pictures, and horses running freely amongst the sunset. A local favorite, Giracci Vineyards and Farms is the perfect combination of class and horse life!
